WIAB – Viennese Institute for Labour Market and Education Research
WIAB is a Small Medium Enterprise (SME) and a consulting and research institution in the field of labour market and education.
It has vast expertise in EU transparency standards and is participating in international projects dealing with the validation of competences and the analysis of skills gaps between education and labour market e.g., in the field of care.
In addition, WIAB is specialised in skills, learning outcomes and training program descriptions and has a lot of know-how in the field of quality assurance and evaluation for the validation of vocational skills and online training programs. WIAB is responsible for quality assurance and evaluation in various Erasmus+ projects.
Role in the project
WIAB will coordinate WP6 “Evaluation and Quality Assurance” by leading tasks aimed to develop the Quality and Evaluation Plan and to assure the overall quality of the project.
It will plan, coordinate, and monitor internal and external reviews of the main project results, including feedback by one External Reviewer and 7 Advisory Board members.
Furthermore, WIAB will evaluate the main results of WP4 and will undertake pilot courses formative and summative evaluation.
